    1. Request For The Returned Or Exchanged Items

    a. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization (return address&return form) or exchange authorization(return address&return form) within 10 days upon receipt if you want to return/exchange your purchase.Returns without contact will not be acceptable.

    b. Items received unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt);
    c. Items received in original packaging.

    Note: 1. For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service. 2. Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 3. We only accept returns based on sending wrong size, bad quality and color shading.     2. Exchange Guidelines:

    Exchange is available if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 10 days upon receipt. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.

    3. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

    Once we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
    Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
