    Product Exchanges and Refunds:

     Limitations:

    • Products must be returned in original condition (without damage, washing, or visible wear).
    • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt (We may allow extra time for extenuating circumstances like Christmas gifts).

     Instructions:

    1. Contact customer service to have your return authorized. We will open a support ticket for you. Customer service can find you by your email address. Do not change email addresses while receiving support.
    2. Print a receipt of your purchase and include it with the product.
    3. Contact customer service to get product return form, fill it out, and include it.
    4. Carefully pack and return the product in its original packing. Include a copy of your receipt.
    5. For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
